Camanche, IA
In 2023 we celebrated the addition of our Camanche plant. This site is dedicated primarily to paint, fireproofing, and en-masse steel storage.
The City of Camanche offers the best in small town living to all who treasure it’s “hometown” charm. Located on the banks of the beautiful Mississippi River, Camanche boasts a thriving local school system, friendly neighbors, and an abundance of recreational activities to satisfy all who live and play here. Couple that with Camanche’s proximity to Clinton, and residents are able to participate in all the events and activities of a larger community, while still living the small-town life!

Springfield, MO
Springfield, MO., also known as the “Queen City,” is the heart and soul of the Ozarks. With more than 456,000 people living within the metro area and millions of tourists each year, Springfield is rich with family centered attractions, a wide variety of shopping experiences and a multitude of cultural activities.
Not only is Springfield's geographic location at the center of the country, but on more than a few occasions this town has found itself smack dab in the middle of history. From the Louisiana Purchase to the Civil War, from the railroad to the famous Route 66 - it all happened here and made Springfield what it is today.
Springfield has a growing job market, great schools, world-class health care, and all the entertainment and cultural options of a big city—but with far less stress and an abundance of character and friendliness. Whether you’re looking to check out the original Bass Pro Shop, visit a thriving downtown area or take in a minor league Springfield Cardinals game, Springfield has it and more.

Osceola, AR
Osceola, Arkansas, founded in 1837 along the Mississippi River, began as a river-driven economy centered on steamboat traffic, timber, and cotton. It endured hardship during the Civil War through raids and guerrilla warfare and later faced major floods in 1927 and 1937. Despite these challenges, its location and infrastructure positioned it for growth, from the arrival of the railroad in the early 20th century to the diverse industrial base it supports today.
The city’s economy now blends agriculture and industry. Corn, soybeans, rice, and cotton remain staples, while major employers like American Greetings and new investments from Merrill Steel and Envirotech Electric Vehicles continue to create jobs. Osceola’s port is the busiest in Arkansas for grain shipments, highlighting its continued agricultural importance.
With a population just under 7,000, Osceola is known for its blues music heritage, celebrated at the Osceola Heritage Festival, and its historic sites like the 1912 Mississippi County Courthouse. Designated a Preserve America Community in 2005, the city embraces its cultural legacy while building a stronger, more diverse future.
